    Organising a funeral is a very difficult time, so we aim to make everything as simple as possible.

    Our funeral orders of service are not templates for you to complete yourself; we do everything for you to save you time and stress, and to make sure everything is finished to the very highest quality. All you need to do is send us your content and we send you a completed PDF proof for checking within 24 hours.

    We will send you a link to an online portal through which to upload your content, along with an invoice for payment, which you can pay securely online by debit or credit card, or by bank transfer. Please note that we do require full payment before we prepare your proofs.

    To place your order, simply contact us, and a member of our friendly team will be in touch shortly afterwards to begin the process.

    Sending your wording

    When you order funeral stationery, please send all wording clearly set out either in an email or in a Word/Pages file. Please do not paste your photographs inside this document as this will reduce the quality of the images significantly. These should be sent as separate files, either by email or through the online portal we provide.

    Once we send your PDF proof you can make any amendments that you wish – it is important that everything is exactly as you want it. Once you are fully happy with the funeral booklets we will send them off to print, where they are produced using the finest quality papers and finishing processes.

  • weddings and new baby

    To order stationery for a wedding or new baby, simply contact us. We will send you an invoice for payment, which can be paid online by debit or credit card, or by bank transfer. We will also take the details we need to produce your chosen items.

    Sending your wording

    Please send all text information either clearly set out within an email, or attach a Word/Pages file. You can either create your own wording from scratch or send us the details and we will do the rest for you. We typeset everything beautifully and send a PDF proof, which you check and approve before we send them to print! You can make any amendments that you wish – it is important that everything is exactly as you want it.

    When you order funeral stationery please send your photos via – an excellent, free service for sending large files. You can send them as JPEG, PNG or PSD files. Please do not save photos within Word/Pages/other documents as this will greatly reduce the quality of the images.

    Hard-copy Photographs

    For hard-copy photographs that you’d like to include in funeral stationery, there are two options.

    The majority of families simply take photos of the photographs using a digital camera or smart phone. To do this, take the photographs out of their frame or album to avoid any reflection, lay them on a flat surface and photograph them from directly overhead, in good light. Submit these to us electronically via the online link that we will send to you.

    Alternatively, we offer a scanning service where we will scan your images at high resolution and promptly return the originals to you. We advise you to send items via secure post as we appreciate how special these are to you. Please remove any items from frames or albums prior to sending to avoid damage in transit. We will return the originals to you by courier, in your original packaging. Please note the courier will require a signature for the returns unless you request otherwise.

    Our standard turnaround times for stationery are as follows. If you require a faster turnaround, please make your request clear at the point of initial enquiry. We will assist wherever possible, but an additional charge may apply.

    Funeral Stationery

    When you order funeral stationery we prepare your PDF proof within 24 hours of receipt of payment and full content. Once you approve it, your Order of Service booklets will be delivered within 2 working days. For orders requiring scanning, please allow an additional 24 hours for us to produce your proofs. Remember that many celebrants and ministers wish to approve the order of service before it goes to print. Please factor this into your timescales.

    Wedding and New Baby

    When you order wedding stationery and new baby items, we will prepare your PDF proof within 3 working days of receipt of payment and full content. Once you approve it we dispatch your order within 10 working days.
