I was searching online for something to convert a pdf of some online condolences messages into a printable format when I came across Suzie’s website. It was a case of you don’t know what you want until you see it and this was the case for me when I saw the memory books on the website. I contacted Suzie and arranged a call and she helped me to think about and collate what could go into the book and we built it up over the course of a few weeks. The finished product was exactly as expected and although incredibly emotional to open is a lovely way for the family to remember my brother. What really helped was the time Suzie took to help me decide what to include, her empathy, professionalism and expertise in what she does. Suzie made some beautiful memory cards, invitations and memory board for my late father’s celebration of life. We couldn’t hold a wake for my father during lockdown and so organised a celebration of his life to coincide with his birthday, a year later. The cards were absolutely perfect as was the board and they were such a fitting tribute to my father. We can’t thank Suzie enough for creating something so beautiful to remember my father by. What can I say about the service that Suzie offered during such a difficult time. Suzie was caring and on hand for the many questions are requests that was made. The Order of Services were just beautiful and even better in real life than the pictures do them justice for. Suzie was so detailed in the colour matching of the watercolours to the main colours within the picture. Nothing was ever to much bother, Suzie even created a custom memory card to keep in the theme of the Order of Service. Although I hope not to have to use Suzie’s services in the future to help with funeral stationary, if I did I would definitely bee coming back and would recommend her to everyone. For such colourful and detailed order of service the price was very competitive compared to a single page double side print black and white order of service. I would recommend Suzie’s service like a shot – we were a little nervous about outsourcing our orders of service and entrusting them to someone outside of our funeral directors but we wanted something different and special and the Greatest Hits design really fit the bill. Order of service for my Dad. We were looking for an order of service that was non fussy contemporary but timeless. Everything we looked at online seemed either too fussy or bland. Then we stumbled across Suzie and her designs and from then on everything fell into place. She came across as genuinely wanting to get this right for us.
