At such a difficult time, my priority is to make the process as simple as possible. This is not a templating service – I do everything for you to save you time and stress, and to ensure everything is printed to the very highest quality.

I will send you a link to an online portal to upload your content. Simply attach your photos and a document containing the text for your service. Please upload your photos as individual files (do not paste them inside a Word document as this will reduce the quality of the images).

Proofs
I will send you a PDF proof within 24 hours of receiving your content. You can ask for any amendments you wish until everything is exactly as you want it. When you are fully happy I will send them off to print, where they will be produced using the finest quality papers and finishing processes.

Payment
An invoice for payment will be sent to you. You can pay this securely online by debit or credit card, or by bank transfer.

Proofs & Timescales
It takes approximately 2 weeks to put your proof together once I’ve received your content. This will be sent by PDF and you can make as many changes as you wish. Once you are happy with your proof, your books will be produced and delivered within approximately 2 weeks.
