Having lost my Mum very suddenly, I found Suzie’s lovely work online, where her kind approach, quick response and eye for detail just provided me with a beautiful keep sake for family and friends rather than a normal standard order of service. This made a very sad and distressing time a happy memory making this beautiful unique order of service to remember Mum in the way she should. Nothing was too much trouble, Thank you so much Suzie xx

I really liked the look of Suzie White website and gave her a call, I told her that my main concern was the quality, I wanted it to be absolutely perfect, Suzie assured me the order of service would be printed on top quality card with a protective finish. Suzie spent most of the day communicating with me both on the phone and via e-mail to ensure we received exactly what we wanted. Suzie had real empathy for our desperately sad situation, she really cared. We were absolutely delighted with the quality and presentation of the order of service when they arrived 2 days later, we could not have had better service from anywhere else and I am so glad that I placed my trust in Suzie at such a difficult time to produce exactly what I wanted for my husbands funeral. If like me, you are faced with the desperately sad loss of a loved one and are looking for someone you can trust to produce a top quality order of service for the funeral at a very reasonable cost I can highly recommend Suzie, she is extremely professional and demonstrated true care and understanding. Suzie recently created the most beautiful order of service for us. Not only was the product perfect for the occasion it is a beautiful keep sake, several of the family now have it on display in there homes. Suzie was so helpful and very quick with communication. Organised a beautiful order of service for my Dad who we lost suddenly, I was worried the timescale we had would be too short – but Suzie was very clear and helpful about what we needed to do by when, and we’re so happy with what we received, in very comfortable time before his funeral. My dad would have really liked it. Thank so much, for making it possible for us to create something really special at a difficult time.

Suzie produced an absolutely beautiful funeral order of service for me. It was a top quality product produced in a very short time. At every stage of the process she was very flexible and helpful, and responded quickly to my requests and queries. She was happy to amend the initial draft for as long as it took, came up with suggestions and was personally very kind and sympathetic which was greatly appreciated. A bespoke product was created with the extra pages and photographs I wished to include. Very grateful to have found someone who could combine such creativity, expertise and professionalism with compassion too.
