We wanted a cheerful and colourful Order of Service for our dear friend Frances’ funeral and Suzie did a really beautiful job. She worked closely with us to deliver a beautiful and stylish booklet that was in itself a lovely tribute to Frances’ creativity.

From the moment we had our first conversation with Suzie we knew that we had made the right choice. She helped us tell the story of our Dad’s life through her design and the clever use of the photographs we sent to her.
She is incredibly responsive, responding to every query we had, and updating the design within a few hours. Viewing the design remotely was very easy; access via Dropbox worked seamlessly and once completed, the printed Order of Service shipped quickly and arrived in good time for our Dad’s Funeral.
When speaking with her you can tell she really cares about what she does, and that care comes across in the finished product.

I would recommend Suzie’s service like a shot – we were a little nervous about outsourcing our orders of service and entrusting them to someone outside of our funeral directors but we wanted something different and special and the Greatest Hits design really fit the bill. Suzie called me straight away to answer the queries I had about making the design a little more bespoke and was really on it with comms throughout the drafting process. She was happy to make lots of amends as the shape of the service came together and was very pleasant and efficient to deal with. The orders of service came very promptly and they were top quality.

Suzie is a gifted designer who grouped photos in ways that enhanced their meaning and brought us joy at a time of sadness. We requested an order of service for my father’s funeral but decided to extend it with extra pages of photos to make a keepsake for family and friends. Suzie was very flexible and helpful about adapting the standard design and creating a bespoke order of service. It was a pleasant and enjoyable process despite the sad time. Suzie went above and beyond to meet our short deadline even proof-reading over the weekend which was exceptional. The booklet was on lovely quality card and printing was clear with lovely colours. Suzie maintained contact throughout which was very reassuring and we felt we were in extremely safe hands. Recommend absolutely. Suzie is a pleasure to work with.

Order of service for my Dad. We were looking for an order of service that was non fussy contemporary but timeless. Everything we looked at online seemed either too fussy or bland. Then we stumbled across Suzie and her designs and from then on everything fell into place. She came across as genuinely wanting to get this right for us. Her and reassuring professional attitude was a real support in a very sad time. Nothing was too much trouble and our booklets were just perfect….in fact my son was tearful when he saw them saying they captured Granddad perfectly. Our family couldn’t recommend Suzie’s services more highly.

I was hoping to be able to produce something special to celebrate Dad’s life, a keepsake for family and friends, not just a dry reminder of the funeral service itself. Suzie’s attentiveness in this regard is outstanding. Having lost my Mum very suddenly, I found Suzie’s lovely work online, where her kind approach, quick response and eye for detail just provided me with a beautiful keep sake for family and friends rather than a normal standard order of service. I really liked the look of Suzie White website and gave her a call, I told her that my main concern was the quality, I wanted it to be absolutely perfect, Suzie assured me the order of service would be printed on top quality card with a protective finish. Suzie spent most of the day communicating with me both on the phone and via e-mail to ensure we received exactly what we wanted. Suzie had real empathy for our desperately sad situation, she really cared. We were absolutely delighted with the quality and presentation of the order of service when they arrived 2 days later, we could not have had better service from anywhere else and I am so glad that I placed my trust in Suzie at such a difficult time to produce exactly what I wanted for my husbands funeral. Suzie produced an absolutely beautiful funeral order of service for me. It was a top quality product produced in a very short time. At every stage of the process she was very flexible and helpful, and responded quickly to my requests and queries. She was happy to amend the initial draft for as long as it took, came up with suggestions and was personally very kind and sympathetic which was greatly appreciated. A bespoke product was created with the extra pages and photographs I wished to include. Very grateful to have found someone who could combine such creativity, expertise and professionalism with compassion too.

At a difficult time the service provided by Suzie White was exceptional. The turnaround and the attention to detail and communication was impressive. The colours and the quality was very high. The comments made by the attendees at the funeral all made such positive comments. The images were lovely and my mum would have been so pleased. I liked that they were not the ordinary and sombre affair and the bright and cheeriness of the finish was very pleasing.
